My overall framework emphasizes the impact(s) of: identity, culture, relationships, systems; & how these interact with client's values, to affect their thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. Our initial sessions will focus on building a profile, a therapeutic alliance, & identifying treatment goals.

I utilize a strengths-based approach to coaching that centers identity & values-alignment. Our initial meetings will focus on identifying goals & co-creating a plan that will facilitate skill-building alongside increased self-awareness & sustainable change(s). Ultimately the aim is greater professional fulfillment & congruence. To maintain clear ethical boundaries, the same client will not be accepted for therapy & coaching services simultaneously. Consulting collaborations focus on organizational development & may include working with small groups (teams) &/or individual leaders. Typical projects include: strategic planning, needs assessment, program evaluation, keynote addresses, etc. Equity & sustainability are centered. Initial consultation meetings focus on defining scope of work & anticipated length of partnership.

Fortify & Restore PLLC is NOW a part of some insurance panels* through its partnership with Headway. We are still considered an out of network provider with certain insurance companies. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service, & a superbill can be provided.

Coaching & consultation rates to be determined based on scope of work; starting at $275 per hour.
